I. Situation

Higher Unit Mission
The Fighting Blue Hen Battalion conducts PT andLeadership Lab during Week 9 (02NOV09-06NOV09) at eachcompany’s respective training sites, IOT improve physical fitness andcontinue to educate and develop cadets military skills.
Higher Unit Intent
It is my intent that the BN conducts weeklycompany pt and lab according to their respective company trainingcalendars. All cadets arrive on time, are accounted for, have the properuniform and equipment to conduct training. End state for thisoperation will be complete when all Cadets conduct weekly physicaltraining and lab improving their knowledge of military skills andphysical fitness.
Rear Unit Mission:
Bravo Co. of the Fighting Blue Hen Battalion conducts PTand LEADLAB on MOUT NLT 061600NOV09 IOT develop and traincadets and prepare MS III’s for LDAC.Attachments/Detachments: None
II. Mission
Alpha Company of the Fighting Blue Hen Battalion conducts PT, LEADLAB onMOUT Operations at company training areas (CSB, BN HQ, Ranger Hill) NLT061600NOV09 IOT provide proper training to cadets and prepare MS III’s forWarrior Forge 2010.
III. Execution
Commander’s Intent: It is my intent that all cadets receive training on MOUTand all complete physical training without sustaining any injuries. Rehearsalswill be conducted, plans will be submitted and cadets will show up to allevents on time, in the proper uniform. The end state of this operation is whencadets complete their weekly physical training and LEADLAB training.Concept of Operation This operation will be conducted in three phases:Phase I: Consists of rehearsals and plan disseminationPhase II: Consists of Alpha Company executing PT, LEADLABaccording to company training calendar
 
Phase III: Consists of AAR’s and accountabilityManeuverPhase I: Begins with C/CPT Smith attending the BN staff meetingto inform BN leadership on upcoming company events. It continues with therehearsal of MOUT Lab with their platoon leader and then A Co. CO. PTinstructors will submit their PT plan to their evaluator and platoon leader oneweek before their PT. Lab instructors for week 12 will also submit their labplan to evaluators and platoon leader for feedback and review NLT 29OCT. This phase ends when PT plan for 06NOV is submitted for review NLT 30OCT.Phase II: Begins with a 6 mile run by C/1SG Lynch at FrazierField. It continues on Wednesday morning with a 4 mile run and SUimprovement led by C/SFC Hicks. C/1SG Lynch and C/SSG Keena will conductLEADLAB on MOUT Operations at BN Headquarters on 05NOV. This phaseends after C/SSG Reese’s 4 mile run and PU/SU PT on Friday morning atFrazier Field.Phase III: Begins with MS III’s conducting an AAR of PT andLEADLAB and submitting it to C/CPT Schellenger (Assistant S3). All equipmentdrawn from the S4 will be accounted for and returned. IV: Service and Support
 
General:Resupply: No resupply availableMaterial ServiceCadets will coordinate with C/CPT Timmick, the BN S4, for any suppliesneeded at least 10 days ahead of time Transportation: Cadets will arrive at events via POV, GSA van or Boot LeatherExpressServices: NoneIn case of injury or illness, CLS qualified personnel will respond accordingly. If injury or illness is not severe, injured personnel will be transported via GSAvan to nearest hospital. If there is a possibility of loss of life or limb, 911 willbe dialed and injured personnel will be transported by ambulance to eitherNewark Emergency Center or Christiana Care Hospital.
V. Command and SignalCommand
Location of Command: Alpha Company Commander will be present at alltraining events except for 1
