I. Situation

Higher Unit Mission
The Fighting Blue Hen Battalion conducts PT andLeadership Lab during Week 11 (09NOV09-15NOV09) at eachcompany’s respective training sites, IOT improve physical fitness andcontinue to educate and develop cadets military skills.
Higher Unit Intent
It is my intent that the BN conducts weeklycompany pt and lab according to their respective company trainingcalendars. All cadets arrive on time, are accounted for, have the properuniform and equipment to conduct training. End state for thisoperation will be complete when all Cadets conduct weekly physicaltraining and lab improving their knowledge of military skills andphysical fitness.
Rear Unit Mission:
Bravo Co. of the Fighting Blue Hen Battalion conducts PTand LEADLAB on FTX Road to War Brief/PCI NLT 151600NOV09 IOTdevelop and train cadets and prepare MS III’s for LDAC.Attachments/Detachments: None
II. Mission
Alpha Company of the Fighting Blue Hen Battalion conducts PT, Road to WarBrief/PCI and BN FTX at company training areas (CSB, BN HQ, Ranger Hill,Gunpowder Falls) NLT 151600NOV09 IOT provide proper training to cadetsand prepare MS III’s for Warrior Forge 2010.
III. Execution
Commander’s Intent: It is my intent that all cadets receive Road to War Brief,gain garrison and tactical experience at the FTX and all complete physicaltraining without sustaining any injuries. Rehearsals will be conducted, planswill be submitted and cadets will show up to all events on time, in the properuniform. The end state of this operation is when cadets complete their weeklyphysical training and return from the FTX.Concept of Operation This operation will be conducted in three phases:Phase I: Consists of rehearsals and plan dissemination
 
Phase II: Consists of Alpha Company executing PT, LEADLABaccording to company training calendar and FTXPhase III: Consists of AAR’s and accountabilityManeuverPhase I: Begins with C/CPT Smith attending the BN staff meetingto inform BN leadership on upcoming company events. It continues with therehearsal of MOUT Lab with their platoon leader and then A Co. CO. PTinstructors will submit their PT plan to their evaluator and platoon leader oneweek before their PT. Lab instructors for week 13 will also submit their labplan to evaluators and platoon leader for feedback and review NLT 04NOV. This phase ends when PT plan for 11NOV is submitted for review NLT 04NOV.Phase II: Begins with a 5 mile run and PU improvement by C/SSGRobbins at Frazier Field. It continues on Wednesday morning with a 60minute ruck march led by C/SFC Lewandowski. It will continue with a 12 hourVeterans around the Green according to prearranged time schedule made byC/CPT’s Smith and Schellenger. MS IV’s will conduct a PCI and Road to WarBrief for the BN FTX at BN HQ NLT 121600NOV09. Cadets will leave for the BNFTX at Gunpowder Falls on 13NOV at a predetermined time and will executeFTX according to FTX operations order. This phase ends after A Co. cadetscomplete the field training exercise.Phase III: Begins with the return of A Co. cadets from the FTX on15NOV. It continues with MS III’s and MS IV’s conducting an AAR of PT andFTX and submitting it to C/CPT Schellenger (Assistant S3). All equipmentdrawn from the S4 will be accounted for and returned. IV: Service and Support
General:Resupply: No resupply availableMaterial ServiceCadets will coordinate with C/CPT Timmick, the BN S4, for any suppliesneeded at least 10 days ahead of time Transportation: Cadets will arrive at events via POV, GSA van or Boot LeatherExpressServices: NoneIn case of injury or illness, CLS qualified personnel will respond accordingly. If injury or illness is not severe, injured personnel will be transported via GSAvan to nearest hospital. If there is a possibility of loss of life or limb, 911 willbe dialed and injured personnel will be transported by ambulance to eitherNewark Emergency Center or Christiana Care Hospital.
V. Command and SignalCommand
Location of Command: Alpha Company Commander will be present at alltraining events except for 1
