Makanan pantang kaedah cina

Sejurus selepas bersalin, minum air rebusan longan kering + red dates + wolfberries. Ini adalah concoction terhebat di dalam amalan pemakanan ibu bersalin. Selepas je minum air ramuan di atas,badan akan bermandi peluh tak berhenti menitik. Tanda toksik mula dikeluarkan dari badan. Ramuan tu tak mahal ye, boleh beli di kedai-kedai sensei cina. Kos sekitar RM12 unuk kegunaan 2 minggu,murah tak Satu lagi kelebihan air ni ialah, ia menyebabkan susu banyak. Kalau minum banyak kali masa dalam hari pertama bersalin, hari kedua dah dapat bengkak susu. Maka jaga-jagalah jangan ambil banyak sangat sebab saya pernah kena bengkak susu yang sangat teruk sebab minum air ni. Beberapa jam selepas bersalin, saya wajib makan Sup Ayam Betina masak dengan Wolfberries untuk mengembalikan tenaga dan menghangatkan badan. Antara herba wajib cina wajib yang saya akan include dalam masakan sepanjang berpantang ialah : Dong Quai

Wolberries Red Dates Longan Minyak bijan Di samping penggunaan herba tradisional melayu seperti Halia, Kunyit dan lada hitam.

Seaweed Soup

Ingredients: 2 large handfuls of dried seaweed, such as wakame 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil 1/3 pound beef brisket, thinly sliced Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper 8 garlic cloves, minced 2 teaspoons fish sauce or dashida Directions: Soak the seaweed in cold water to cover for 10 minutes, drain well, and coarsely chop.

Meanwhile, heat the sesame oil in a large, heavy pot over high heat. Add the brisket and season with salt and pepper. Cook, sitrring now and then, until browned on all sides, about 3 minutes.

Add the garlic and seaweed and stir to combine. Add cold water to cover, bring to a boil, and skim off any foam that rises to the surface. Add the fish sauce (or dashida) and cook at a rolling boil until the seaweed is quite soft and the broth has taken on lots of flavor, about 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Dong Quai Chicken Herbal Soup

Ingredients: 2 Chicken drumsticks 2-3 pieces of sliced Angelica (Dong Guai) 10 pieces of dried Polygonatum (Yok Chook) 10 red dates 1 .5 Tbsp. wolfberrie/Goji berries (kee chi) 6 dried longan 1000ml water Salt to taste Method: 1. In a stock pot, add in the water and let it boiled. Rinse all the herbs with water, drained. 2. When boiled, add in the chicken drumsticks and the rest of the ingredients except salt. 3. When boiled again, turn the heat to low and let it simmer for 3-4 hours. Season to taste with salt and serve hot.
