Morning session

will start at 9:00 A.M.8 & under, 9 & 10, 11 & 12, year olds 1st session

Afternoon session

will start no earlier 1:00 P.M. or 45 minutes after the morning session. 13 & 14, 15and over during 2nd session.Warm-ups: Morning session will be girls 8:00-8:25 A.M. boys 8:25-8:50 A.M.Afternoon session will be 45 minutes after the morning session not starting before 12:15 P.M.Facilities: 6 lane, 25 yard pool. Colorado Starting and Timing System.Eligibility: Age as of November 28, 2009 .Age must be stated on the entry form.Proof of age upon request.Events:

A.M. Session

8 & under - 25 yards of each stroke and 100 I.M.9 & 10 - 50 yards of each stroke and 100 I.M.11& 12 - 50 yards of each stroke and 100 I.M.

P.M. Session

13 & 14 -100 yards of each stroke and 200 I.M.15 & over -100 yards of each stroke and 200 I.M.The order of events are Fly, Back, Breast, Free, I.M.

All coaches must check their swimmers in at the coaches meeting. ALL SWIMMERS MUST SWIMALL FIVE EVENTS IN ORDER TO BE INCLUDED IN THE FINAL RESULTS OR ENTEREDINTO THE MEET. ONCE A SWIMMER FAILS TO SHOW FOR AN EVENT, THEY ARE NOLONGER IN THE STANDINGS. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE COACH AND SWIMMER TO REPORT FOR EACH EVENT ON TIME.Entry Deadline: All entries and entry fees are to be in the hands of the meet director no later than 12:00noon , Saturday November 21, 2009 . You may hand deliver the entries to DAVID ROTTHOFF on saidday and time. We will not wait for late entries, please be prompt. Please use entry forms provided.If you have a meet mgr. Program from hy-tek I can send you the event file then if you would pleasesend entries as e-mail attachment, and hard copy -thanks.
