Note:

Mulberry is a powerul cross-platorm applicationthat includes both email and calendering unctions. It isavailable in essentially similar versions or Windows, theMac OS and Linux.

Setting Up Mulberry Mail

1. To set up your mail account, choose Mulberry’s Preerences / Advancedeature.

The Windows version o Mulberry places tabs in thePreerence panel at the top; they are at the let in the Macversion.2. ClickAdvancedto open the expanded user settings.3. SelectNew,rom theAccountdrop-down menu and enter the ollowing inormation:• In theCreate New Accountwindow, name youraccount and chooseIMAP Mailboxrom the drop-down menu and clickOK.• UnderServer, enter

imap.emailsrvr.com.

• UnderAuthenticate, choosePlain Textrom the Method drop-down menu.• In theUsercategory enter your email address, suchas

myname@mydomain.com.

• ClickSave User IDandSave Passwordto avoid having to reenter your login inormation every timeyou retrieve your messages.• Make sure thatMatch User IDandPasswordare checked.4. To confgure your SMTP or outgoing server, click onAccountand chooseSMTProm the drop-down menu. • UnderServer, enter

smtp.emailsrvr.com.

• UnderAuthenticate, choosePlain Textrom the Methoddrop-down menu.• In theUsercategory, enter your email address, suchas

myname@mydomain.com.

• Be sure thatSave User IDandSave Password
