This revised copy includes all of the updates from thepublic hearings held on December 9, 2008 and January 13, 2009, and additional discussions withstaff. All of the changes highlighted in yellow are from the December hearing and we reviewedall of them at the January hearing. All of the changes highlighted in blue are from the Januaryhearing. I will also be sending a separate summary document of all changes that have been to theregulations through this process.At the May 26, 2009 public hearing I recommend that we focus our discussions on thechanges indicated in blue and on the permitted and conditional uses in the use tables (staff and Idid an update to the use tables). Also, I have added a few graphics to the definition section andupdated a number of the graphics in the new Design Development District section. Additionalgraphics are being updated at this time and will be included by the May 26, 2009 public hearing.Last, I recommend that at the public hearing, the Commission make a motion to forwardthe Regulations to the Parish Council for approval, with any minor revisions made.Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns related to the changes.
