California Courts Panic as Five Judges are Disqualified By Richard Fine's Actions: Full Disclosure Network Report

WASHINGTON, March 14, 2011 -- /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Richard I Fine's Motion to Null and Void all Orders of California Superior Court Judge David Yaffe has been set for hearing many times, starting in August 2010. Five Superior Court Judges have been recused or "Disqualified" from holding a hearing on the motion. Judge Elihu Berle was set to hear the Motion on Thursday, March 10, 2011 but it was mysteriously moved "off calendar" on March 4, 2011. OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE ALLEGED The order to move Richard Fine's Motion "off calendar" was signed by Judge Carolyn B. Kuhl who took over the case, without notice, from Judge Berle just six days prior to the hearing date. Kuhl's Order drew a swift rebuttal and charges of "Obstruction of Justice" with violations of Judicial Canons of Ethics from Richard I. Fine in a court filing dated March 8, 2011. Fine as primary reasons, why the five Judges have been "Disqualified" from hearing his Motion to Null and Void Judge David Yaffe's Orders. Those Orders in the 2007 case of the Marina Strand Colony II Homeowners Assn. vs. County of Los Angeles included the incarceration of Richard I. Fine who spent 18 months in solitary "Coercive Confinement" in L.A. County Jail for civil contempt of court at the behest of lawyers representing Los Angeles County's Marina Del Rey Development partners, Del Rey Shores. COUNTY'S DEVELOPMENT PARTNERS PUSH CONTEMPT The civil contempt charge against Fine was brought after he "Disqualified" Judge Yaffe from sitting on the case. L.A. Fine has contended these payments violate the State Constitution and Judicial Canons of Ethics that prohibit Judges from taking money from parties involved in cases before them.
