INTRODUCTION Airplanes were one of the most important transportations today. With it, we can go anywhere, anytime, comfortably, faster and easier. Who might think that a plane, in a past was worked by Wright brothers was only a badtime-story and nowadays was a reality which flies on our blue sky like a bird against the wind, equipped with brand new hi-tech devices.

In Malaysia, we have two airlines which are Malaysia airlines and Air Asia airlines. Both company offer unique services differ from each other like ticketing prices, luggage services, on board services and etc. These differences make us, as a team attracted to do a survey of their services offered to the IPG Tawau campus students.

Air type transportation is important for IPG Tawau campus students especially for student who came from peninsular Malaysia, Sarawak and from Sabah itself. The type of transportation is the best options to go back to their hometown as they have to cross the sea and forest. They also can choose want they want to do or take services from the airlines that offered like luggage services. Because of that, our survey is about students preferences as the passenger of the airplane.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT First of all, may we wish a very thank you to our God; because of Him we could do my task successfully without any trouble and problem. We hope our work that we had done on time will be accept by our lecturer.

Next, we would like to thank our lecturer, Mr. Mad Noor Bin Madjapuni had taught and shows us how to complete this task correctly. He also likes to help her student when he saw his student like blur and confuse.

Then, we also want to thank our lovely parent. Because of them, we can buy our item and equipments to finish this task with creatively. They also help me and give a moral support to done this task without any problem and tension.

Not to be forgetting is our friends and especially to the member of the group who helped each other on giving ideas and information. Without any corporation between us, we cannot find this task solution how to done it.
