Based on the analysis from the results that we got from the uestionnaire! we can conclude that our resources! which are dia"etes mellitus patients ha#e a good health $nowledge a"out their illness %dia"etes&! especially a"out "eha#ior which related to dia"etes mellitus patient % uestion 9'12& and complication of (ia"etes )ellitus % uestion13' 14&! also a"out the insulin*s reactions % uestion19'23&+ ,he results not so good if we tal$ a"out the dietary of dia"etic patients % +1'4&! dia"etic test % +5'6&! treatment "y using insulin % +15'18&+ ,he lowest of patients* $nowledge is a"out food effect on "lood glucose+

,his results show us that the patients already aware a"out their illness conditions! "eha#iors! and complications that may occur "y using insulin+ But! on food effect on "lood glucose! they*re -ust a little aware %or careless&+ .hich is #ery dangerous! "ecause they don*t $now what $ind of food that should and shouldn*t consumed in their situation+ /f they consume the wrong food! it can raised their "lood glucose! and we $now'it*s not good! /f they already ha#e a wrong or less $nowledge a"out their own health and illness! that can influence the wrong beliefs to really happen+ /t*s also can influence a"out their self' care and adherence+
