I have for sale the G&M Code, CNC program to build the following 2.5" ID Router Spindle Mount. It uses a 1/4" end mill to cut the entire shape out. I have it programmed for .100" depth of cut going through 1" thick material (preferably plastic or wood). You as the machinist are ultimately responsible for the correct feeds and speeds based on your choice of materials. This program should work with most basic routers and milling machines that do not have tool changers. This is my first CNC program for sale so the price is dirt cheap at $3.00. This 2.5" ID Router Mount is capable of holding the useful Harbor Freight 1/4" Trim Router. I have used this cutting spindle with very nice results in the past. It is a great spindle for the budget minded hobbyist.

Since this is my first program we'll make things simple. When you purchase this program you can make all of the parts you want from it for own resale. You may not distribute this program to others. Once you purchase and download the file you can then copy and past the test into your a text file for your CNC control software.
