It is truly unfortunate that the talents of the attorneys for the plaintiff were not competent to the task that they elected to undertake. As a retired professional I find this level of competency all to frequent. It reflects the general degeneration of the competency of those who have existed to train and qualify subsequent generations of individuals in the professions of education, theology,law and medicine. Each of us consequently is lesser as members of the society.
