1) GOURMET HOT CHOCOLATE MIX

11 Cups powdered dry milk1 cup powdered non-dairy creamer2 1/2 cups confectionary sugar1 pound container of instant chocolate drink mixSimply mix all the ingredients together and storein an airtight container! For a great cup of gourmethot chocolate, measure out 3 heaping tablespoons ofmix into your favorite mug, and add 6-8oz. boilingwater! This recipe makes about 250 servings, and canbe cut in half, or doubled to suit your needs.Truelybetter than store bought!!

2) GOURMET MUG O' CHOCOLATE MIX

11 cups powdered dry milk1 cup confectionary sugar11 ounces powdered non-dairy creamer2 pounds instant chocolate drink mix4 heaping tablespoons unsweetened cocoa1 small box of instant chocolate pudding mixMix and store in a n airtight container. Use 3heaping tablespoons per 6-8 ounces of boiling water.BEWARE: For chocoholics only!!!

3)SUPER RICH HOT CHOCOLATE MASTER MIX

3 cups nonfat dry powdered dry milk2 cups semi sweet chocolate chipsPut ingredients in blender, or food processor. (Irecommend doing half a batch at one time!) Whir itaround only until it is "finely ground". If you whir toolong it will clump up in the blender. Store in anairtight container. Use heaping tablespoons per mugof boiling water.VARIATIONS:* Cocoa-Mocha - Add 1/2 cup instant coffee to themix.* Orange-Cinnamon Sip - Add 1 tsp. of gratedorange peel and 2 tsp. cinnamon* Scotchy's Cup - Decrease chocolate chips by 1cup, and add 1 cup butterscotch chips instead!* Peanut Butter Cup - Decrese chocolate chips asabove, and add 1 cup peanutbutter chips.* Minty Hot Chocolate - Decrease chocolate chipsas above, and add 1 cup mint- chocolatechips.* Rasberry-Coco-Loco - Decrease chocolate chipsas above, and add 1 cup of Raspberry-chocolatechips.
