In another dimension, Urvashi (the heavenly temptress of Indra’s court) is captured by the Naga

prince Takshaka and taken to Pataal lok. Indra goes to seek the help of Vishnu, with Garuda
being present there. Infuriated by this act of Nagas, Garuda goes to Pataal Lok to save her. He
frees her from their captivity and also fatally wounds the Prince Takshaka in a great fight that
continues for 7 days and 7 nights.

The Prince in his last act poisons Urvashi. Garuda uses the power of his blood to treat the wound
Urvashi suffers and saves her. However the potency of his blood results in Urvashi conceiving
his child. Afraid of the wrath of Indra and other gods, they decide to send their child to earth
through the gate of infinite dimensions(This gate is a dimensionless world like a transition point
to the dimensions of earth, devaloka and pataal loka. Devaloka has magical creatures and powers
and Pataal loka has technology advanced beings and its own highly advanced weaponry)

The Naga king gets the news of this event and sends the fiery Naag warrior, Aranya with power
to travel between dimensions to kill that child to take revenge. Aranya catches the kid travelling
from one dimension to the earth dimension but takes pity on the beautiful and innocent child. In
an act of remorse and taking this as an opportunity to wash away his sins, he decides to bring up
this infant. He takes it to earth. The boy has a GarudaMani studded on his chest, which Aranya
takes out, and hides in a secret location away from the child’s or anybody elses reach to hide his
identity. Although Aranya realizes that the Mani contains powerful magic qualities, the true
power of the Garuda Mani is unknown to him.

The child, named Yuyutsu by Aranya, grows to be a handsome(deservingly the son of Urvashi),
slender, tall, not heavily muscled, super athletic young man, but with little evidence of anything
paranormal or divine. He keeps getting dreams of wings, flight, of the other dimension, and his
other world ancestory but shuts it away. He also has ability to communicate with birds which he
thinks as a normal gift. He is a romantic from birth given to his mothers side. But the exact
opposite of it, the aggressive, unrelenting, violent Garuda is still not visible in him.

15 years hence, they are living in a hamlet in Satpura’s jungles, where he has his small
adventures as a kid. A Naga assassin who has been sent to search for the boy and capture him
locates them resulting in a duel which Aranya wins.. Understanding that the location is now
revealed, he reveals himself to Yuyutsu (only tells him that he found him lying near a village),
and starts training him in the martial arts and culture of Nagas, and finally passes on his sword
and shield to him (both of which are empowered with Naga ‘technology’). Some months later, 4
assassins discover them and in the resulting fight, 2 assassins flee while the others die at the
hands of the father/son duo. However the father is fatally wounded.

The fatally wounded father before dying is able to partly reveal the true story of Yuyutsu, but is
not able to tell him the truth about his parents. The boy goes on a quest to find the GarudaMani.
The Mani, which communicates with his body attaches itself to his chest again, but its power is
too much for him and he faints. Slowly he starts building the capacity to handle it and then in one
of the battles at a critical moment appear his Garuda wings, the gift of his real father and the
source of mysterious powers. And thus starts his journey of self exploration, his true origins, the
power of his Mani and the fight and flight from Naga warriors. The wings powers evolve as he
develops as a vessel for the huge power. The wings reveal new and mysterious powers
sporadically. Simultaneously he enters in a college in Mumbai in the course of Indology as he is
inclined towards arts and mythology.
