Functional Position Programme Name : : Research Associate Missing Child Alert & Response (MCAR)

Major Responsibilities Participate in research and study design for various research programs/projects Prepare research methodology, design instruments, and guide overall plan of study Provide feedback to technology teams and at the same time improvise the research methodology as per requirement Lead research team, look after or coordinate whole research Collect reference materials both in printed and electronic forms from various sources, including online research Participate in brain storming and prepare reports of the meetings Prepare list of interviewees, key informants and other relevant persons for collecting information, publications etc. Prepare schedule of interviews, key informant debriefings in consultation with relevant persons Conduct interviews, participate in key informant debriefing, as and when necessary Data Compilation and Data analysis of primary data, case analysis/ literature review from secondary sources Research Report writing, publication of the research findings in appropriate format

Required Academic and other Qualifications Masters in Anthropology/ Women and Gender Studies or Social Sciences

Required Experience & Skills 4-6 years of research experience The researcher should have experience in human trafficking in Bangladesh/ South Asia Proficient in both qualitative and quantitative research Publications in journals is preferred Has good analytical skills;
