attend the activities held by the training tutor or colleagues; To fill in a psycho-pedagogical student form/sheet; To design teaching activities complying to the individual and cultural particularities of the preschoolers; To compose projects for teaching sequences / educational activities / elective course for kindergarten; To carry out teaching activities in the preschool unit, minimum one teaching activity per day; To compile teaching materials and tools needed to the instructive-educative process and to the arrangement of the teaching space; To elaborate evaluation tools valuing students outcomes; To organize extracurricular activities; To attend parent meetings.

The monitoring and mentoring of the participant: Constantin Bratescu National Pedagogical College Constanta from Constanta County, the sending institution will monitor the training programme through tutors because the two flows will not benefit from an accompanying teacher. The first monitoring visit will be made by Professor Cristina Gila throughout the whole staying period of the Ist flow (24.02.201416.03.2014); due to the fact that all of the participants are of full legal age, they have lost the right to an accompanying teacher. As for the IInd flow which also consists of major?? participants, the monitoring will be made by Professor Cristina Gila throughout the whole professional training period (29.09.2014-19.10.2014). Monitoring visits objectives: Providing the participant with support and guidance in order to fulfill the training tasks; Individual discussions and group discussions with the participant at the beginning of the training, at the end of the first week, of the second week and of the training period; Supervising the running of the activities foreseen in the schedule; Filling in a questionnaire to determine the satisfaction regarding the development of the mobility project; Collaborating with the tutor for the optimal development of the internship placement; Verifying of the correlation between the planned activities and those conducted.

The host organization will monitor the placement project through the project tutor by way of the following monitoring methods and tools: Provision of permanent logistical support throughout the duration of the traineeship; Daily supervision of the participants in order to track and support them achieving the knowledge and the abilities proposed in the project; Daily talks with the participant regarding the tasks and their fulfillment; Weekly meetings towards tracking the progress of the stage programme; Checking of participants individual work sheets and practice notebook; Analysis of the weekly satisfaction questionnaires from the first week of the project; Permanent collaboration and communication with the sending institutions monitoring teachers.
