You feel like you are doing everything right with your workout. You feel you are exercising regularly every week and even mixing in some cardio and free weights. You believe you are watching your diet and eating right. But still, it just doesn't seem like you are shedding the pounds or getting the kind of results like you were before.
If this is the case, you may have fallen into a weight loss rut where your results have become stagnant or you have plateaued. In other words, your body has basically adapted to everything about your working out so you don't see the changes happening in your body like you did before or they are very slow going. But never fear. You might be frustrated, but please don't give up
