Jack Weinzierl filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy. The trustee said:
3. There are one or more transactions by the Debtor which have the appearance of being preferential transfers or fraudulent transfers.
4. The Trustee anticipates vigorously contested litigation.

Jack is still a rep for Advantage Conferences which sued the Dallas Better Business Bureau and lost. That adjuicated pyramid scheme boasts a 98% loss rate for the participants. Many are out thousands of dollars.

Jack Weinzierl is also being sued for fraud, conspiracy and violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act.
