Senate agreed that, for theduration of the 110th Congress, Senators be allowedto leave at the desk with the Journal Clerk thenames of two staff members who will be granted theprivilege of the floor during the consideration of thespecific matter noted, and that the Sergeant-at-Armsbe instructed to rotate such staff members as spaceallows.
