Mr. Shivanand Shetty founded The Shirt Company in 1984. In May 2005, the name waschanged to Shirt Company (I) Pvt Ltd.The Shirt Company has six manufacturing units that employ thousands of employeesand produce 400,000 garments of various styles every month. He overlooks both designand styling with extreme foresight and a sharp eye for detail, building up collections ofhigh fashion garments for each season and marketing them at various production units.His enthusiasm and astute marketing skills are reflected in the growing number ofcustomers that TSC has developed over recent years.
Production Facility
TSC’s production facilities are
vertically integrated to facilitate all processes involvinggarment manufacture in-house. The company has invested in state-of-the-art machineryfor the flawless execution of processes like fabric cutting, fusing, finishing, washing andpacking. This means higher efficiency in productivity and markets, and lower costs ofproduction - a benefit that is passed on to the customers.
Clients
 The Shirt Company has its clients including designer brands to merchandising firm topopular and renowned brands like Esprit, Woolworths, Pepe Jeans, Barbie, Tom Taylor,Metro, DKNY, Otto Vernard, Colby, Belk, Bad Boys, Tarrant, Zoo York etc.
