You are wherever you are. Our disjointed migratory disconnected modern lives in America can make this process a bit of a challenge. But I've facilitated this process in many many communities without any real problems. Sometimes one of the great 'A-ha' moments is when folks realize their disconnected-ness and transient/temporary inhabitation of their physical geographical space. (more to come...)
