Design in extreme conditions bears a multitude of facets. They vary from climatic and cultural conditions to locations of extreme nature etc. These conditions may exist independently or in alliance with each other,howevereachdemandsadedicatedresponsefromthearchitectforitsparticularsetofproblems. Designinextremeconditionisfastbecomingapopularpracticeowingtoitschallengingnatureandrecent technological advancements in response to its challenges. While there could be a number of challenges, two always rise to surface, i.e. structure and services. What eventually presents itself, as a result, is a unique form of architecture unfolding in response to absolute conditions while demonstrating its peculiarity.
