Resolutions Supported
In general, the driver supports all modes supported by the video BIOS, then prunes out those
modes that cannot be supported due to customer request, bandwidth limitations, etc.
The following list contains the modes with available that the driver permits although possibly with
restrictions (e.g. mode permitted only if panel size matches this resolution).

2. CRT only: Run UT2004 Demo (D3D) burning, the display driver will no responding and color
depth become 4 bit. (Run about 6 Hours)
3. CRT only: Run UT2004 Demo (D3D mode) burning, the system pop error message:
"General protection fault!". (Only failed on VT8450B M/B)
4. CRT only: Run Half-life2 demo (Ex: S3_coast_09), the system hang easily.
5. DVI only: Into ACPI S1 function, the DVI display become black and debug card show F1, but
DVI device power didn't turn off

7. MAMM: Enable internal VGA first and then install external PCI VGA card driver, the Device

change the video window to full screen, the right side of the display will appear a vertical
green line at resolution 1024x768 and 1280x1024.

1. DVI only: Can not resume from setting wait 1min to turn off monitor, it will cause system hang.
2. DVI only: Entry turn off monitor for setting wait 1min,the display become black screen, but
DVI device power light still ON.
3. DVI only: Into ACPI S1 function, the DVI display become black and debug card show F1, but
DVI device power didn't turn off
4. CRT only: Play H.264 video file with QuickTime Player7.0.2 and change video windows to
full screen at over 1024x768 mode, the left and right side appear garbage bar.

5. DVI+CRT SAMM: Set DVI to 1280x1024x32 and set CRT to 1600x1200x32, play video file
(ex: HORSE2) at CRT display then resize video window, the CRT display will appear flicker
garbage.
6. TV only: The image be separated while run PCMark2005/Graphics test suite/video playback
7. CRT+TV DuoView: Playing DVD title with PowerDVD6.0B.1102/WinDVD5.0B11843-OEM,
the desktop will appear garbage.
8. CRT only: Play DVD title with WinDVD5.0B11843 and open a Command Prompt windows,
switch Command Prompt to full screen then return, the DXVA function disappear .

=> Description: VT3327 line buffer is 800. Video source width is bigger than 800, driver will
disable video interpolation to avoid vertical garbage line. This is hardware limitation.
