This correspondence acknowledges one additional public records request you made to the Office
of the City Attorney for all \u201cemail and printed communications and electronic or printed
documents\u2026for the period of 2005-07-01 thru 2006-03-02 involving the \u2018Friends of the
Library.\u2019\u201d As I have informed you on numerous occasions, public records requests for records in
the possession of this office should be directed to me to facilitate our ability to coordinate our
responses in good faith. Now that I am aware of that email to which I was not an original
recipient, I wish to enumerate the Sunshine requests currently pending before this office:

A request for \u201call communications on Sunshine related matters that the [City
Attorney\u2019s Office] has been involved with from 2006-03-06 thru 2006-03-08,\u201d which
you expanded this afternoon to include \u201cthru 2005-03-14\u201d (tomorrow).

A request for \u201call drafts of the 2005 and 2006 Good Government Guide it\u2019s [sic]
supplemental documents and other Sunshine Annual training materials which are not
currently posted online.\u201d

A request for all \u201cemail and printed communications and electronic or printed
documents\u2026for the period of 2005-07-01 thru 2006-03-02 involving the \u2018Friends of
the Library.\u2019\u201d

Apart from the requests enumerated above, I will inform you once again in response to your continuing emails that all of the other requests you have submitted to this office have been fulfilled to the extent the law requires.
