Halftime Nachos
Ingredients:1/2 pound lean ground bee1/2 cup Smucker's® Sweet Orange Marmalade1 cup taco sauce, (mild, medium, or hot)1/4 cup finely chopped green olives1 (4.5 oz) can diced jalapenos2 tablespoons chili powde2 cups (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheeseTortilla chipsDirections:SAUTE beef over medium heat, stirring occasionally until browned. Drain.STIR in marmalade, taco sauce, olives, jalapenos and chili powder. Mix well.STIR in cheese; heat on medium low to melt. Keep warm to serve as dip or ontop of chips.
Crispy Baked Chicken Wings
Yield: 24 piecesIngredients:Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
Sweet and Sour Sauce
1 cup Smucker's® Apricot Preserves
 
2 tablespoons firmly packed brown suga1 teaspoon dry mustard1/2 teaspoon ground ginge1/4 cup cider vinega
Wings
Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray2 pounds chicken wings1/3 cup grainy mustard3 tablespoons Crisco® Pure Canola Oil1 tablespoon wate1 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black peppe1/4 teaspoon cayenne peppeDirections:Heat oven to 450ºF, Line a baking sheet with foil; spray with no-stick cookingspray, set aside.COMBINE all Sweet and Sour Sauce ingredients in a small saucepan. Heat justuntil sugar is melted; set aside.DISJOINT chicken wings; discard tips. Rinse and pat dry with a paper towel.Combine grainy mustard, oil, water, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper in largebowl. Add chicken wings; toss to coat. Place coated chicken wings on preparedsheet. Spray each wing thoroughly with no-stick cooking spray. Bake 25 minutes,turning once.
 
REMOVE from oven, increase oven temperature to broil. Brush chicken wingswith Sweet and Sour Sauce; return to oven and broil about 2 minutes or untilgolden brown and crisp. Serve with remaining Sweet and Sour Sauce for dipping.
Appetizer Pie
 
8 oz. cream cheese1/2 c. sour creamSm. jar or pkg. dried beef, cut up2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped2 tbsp. minced onion1/2 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. milkCrushed walnuts (approximately 1/4 cup)Soften cream cheese - add other ingredients - sprinkle walnuts on top. Bake at350 degrees for 15 minutes. Use as hot dip for crackers, Fritos, chips.
