AFTERSCHOOOL centre for social entrepreneurship has the basic philosophythat education and training should be free. The students must be able to getknowledge so that they can build their capability and then contribute to thedevelopment of society. With this philosophy, we conduct PGPSE – onlineprogramme on social entrepreneurship. The contents and pedadogy of theprogramme is as under :CONTENTS OF THE PROGRAMME :1.Language module including English improvement, foreign language(optional)

Business aptitude including business awareness, general knowledge,Mathematics, Reasoning, Logic3.HR Module including Organisational Developgment, Training, Labour laws, Wages and Salary Administration4.Accounting and Auditing module – including advanced accounting, HRaccounting, Social Audit, environmental audit
5.
Finance module – including study of management accounting, financialmanagement, international financial management, forex operations, stockexchanges, and all the aspects relating to finance)6.Social Marketing Module including Marketing, Sales and Distribution7.General Management module including strategic management,organizational behaviour

Social development module with at least one project for socialdevelopment and interview of at least 4 social entrepreneurs / leaders and4 event management projects and use publicity media for massmobilization like puppet shows, plays, dramas, poetry etc. – develop your expressional and networking skills. Study some impact making NGOs andstudy case studies on those NGOs

Public policy and Business law module – including study of all policies of the government, study of all important laws and study of all thegovernment programmes and budgets
10.
Entrepreneurship module : including business plan preparation (everystudent has to submit at least 4 business plans), interview of at least 4impact making entrepreneurs and preparation of their biography11.Case Study Module : Study of cases on Business, Society and currentsocio –economic condicitions and case writing (at least 4 case studieshave to be prepared)
12.
Spiritualisation – participation in meditation camps, spiritual sessions andpromotion of spiritualism, promotion of spiritual ideas and study of spiritualliterature
13.
Writing and activism including reseach methodology, report writing, projectreport preparation, (at least 4 seminars / publications / public / publicprogramme / social work every month during the study)When you complete a module, you can contact us and get a certificate for thatmodule.
