Article title:
"Frustration of Decoherence in Open Quantum Systems"
I wonder if this is just some weird coincidence with an author named Borda writing about this sort of subject matter, when the postings mention Borda error correction. The paper's summary talks about using "analytic and numerical renormalization group methods." Maybe a future derivative of this work???

The John Titor story reminds me of the storyline of THE TERMINATOR 1, John Conner - John Titor, soldier from the future. See the movie again, it becomes very obvious where John Titor got his ideas.
