Program Highlights
The estimated cost of worker stress to U.S. business annually is $300 Billion. These costs come inthe form of accidents, conflict and violence, reduced productivity, increased health care utilization,employee turnover, absenteeism, and employee litigation. Too often, intervention comes only after atragic and costly episode from which businesses recover slowly. This presentation will provideattendees with low-cost, practical, effective, empirically based strategies and policies for creatingworkplaces that will reduce stress and conflict and increase productivity and job satisfaction.

Dr. Alan Graham is a highly regarded coach, consultant, educator, author and presenter with over two decades of experience helping individuals and organizations navigate challenges, and gain theperspective and tools needed to manage the strategic and unique business issues faced byexecutive leadership. He has worked with a variety of national and international organizations,including; Deloitte Consulting, W. Wrigley & Co., Leo Burnett, Abbott Labs, and Magellan BehavioralHealth.Dr. Graham has also taught courses in assessment and coaching at the graduate andundergraduate level. He serves as the chair of the steering committee for the AmericanPsychological Association’s Business of Practice Network (BOPN) Dr. Graham also is a member of the Illinois Psychological Association Consulting Section and is the chair of the PsychologicallyHealthy Workplace Program Committee.
