JURISDICTIONANDVENUE
1.JurisdictionisconferredonthisCourtpursuanttotheprovisionsofSection1334ofTitle28oftheUnitedStatedCodeinthatthiscoreproceedingarisesunder,arisesin,andisrelatedtotheabove‐captionedbankruptcycaseunderTitle11andconcernspropertyoftheDebtorinthatcase.2.ThisCourthasbothpersonalandsubjectmatterjurisdictiontohearthiscasepursuanttoSection1334ofTitle28oftheUnitedStatesCode,Section157(b)(2)ofTitle28oftheUnitedStatesCode.
 3. Supplemental jurisdiction to hear all state law claims pursuant to Section 1367 of Title 28 of the United States Code is also vested with this court as referenced. [
"[A]t  present, the bankruptcy court's 'related to' jurisdiction also includes the district court's supplemental jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1367 'over all other claims that are sorelated to claims in the action within [the court's] original jurisdiction that they form part of the same case or controversy under Article III of the United States Constitution.'".
Sasson v. Sokoloff (In re Sasson), 424 F.3d 864 (9th Cir. 2005), cert. denied, U.S. ,126 S.Ct. 2890, 165 L. Ed. 2d 917 (2006). In re Sasson at 869 (quoting 28 U.S.C. § 1367 and citing Montana v. Goldin (In re Pegasus Gold Corp.), 394 F.3d 1189, 1195(9th Cir. 2005)). The Second Circuit has stated the same principle, Klein v. Civale &Trovato, Inc. (In re The Lionel Corp.), 29 F.3d 88, 92 (2d Cir. 1994)]

FACTUALALLEGATIONS
8.ThePlaintifffiledavoluntaryChapter13petitiononMarch3,2009andnoticeoffilingwassenttotheDefendant.9.ThePlaintiff,Ms.JahanhadabusinesscreditlineaccountwiththeDefendant.10.TheDefendantfiledaswornproofofclaimforminthePlaintiff’sChapter13caseonApril03,2009,denotedasClaim#5.Theclaimwaslistedassecuredintheamountof$27,652.49.
