Brief Summary of Grounds for Leave and Review:
[a]
Absence of Jurisdiction
: Crimen Injuria is Unconstitutional; State’s Irretrievable Breach of Truth and Reconciliation Social Contract Principles, and Denial of International Political, Civil &Cultural Rights provides legal grounds for Secession.
o
The law of Crimen Injuria is unconstitutional, in that, it violates the fundamentalprinciple which is the foundation of a ‘democracy’; namely the principle of freedomof speech. In a constitutional republic, there is no such right as the ‘right not to beoffended/insulted’.

Denial of International Constitutional Right to a Jury Trial: The denial to South Africancitizens of access to a Jury Trial, to be judged by a jury of their peers, isunconstitutional, and a violation of the principles of International Political, Civil andCultural Rights. Furthermore, a democracy is dangerous because it is a one-votesystem as opposed to a Republic, which is a three-vote system. Three votes to checktyranny, not just one. Citizens have not been informed of their other two jury votes.

Due Process Irregularity: Denial of Freedom of Religion, Belief, Opinion andExpression, Language, and Linguistic Culture, Admissible and Competent Evidence:»Secession and Self Determination:
Law of Crimen Injuria conflicts with ApplicantsRadical Hon(our)sty Religion,since the law of Crimen Injuria requires the Applicantto lie, pretend and be atwo-faced hypocrite; whenever it may be possible, that someone either with asensitive ego, or a vengeance minded axe to grind, may choose to pretend tofeel offended or insulted, by Applicantshonest opinion, shared non-violently,in person to their face (not behind their back): verbally, or in writing
