What Is Army Basic TrainingReally Like?
Army Basic Training isdifferent for everyone.There are no two peoplewho experience it in thesame way.
That being said, your attitude and perceptions andpreparations can make a hugedifference in what can only bedescribed as a physicallydemanding, mentallychallenging, life changingexperience. You will discover abilities you never knew youpossessed. You will learn howto lead your peers and how towork as a close-knit team. Andyou will be tired.
 You Will Be Very Tired
 You will be more tired thanyou have ever been. You willrun, jog hike, swim, climb andevery other possible form of fitness activity to get your body in its best shape ever.Sleep when you can and startgetting into shape now. Don'tput it off. Start sleeping on theschedule, and in the timezone, wherever you willreceive Army Basic Training.Go to bed at 9:00 p.m.and get up at 3:00 a.m. andstart working out.
