What would you do? You are the Czar of Russia. You MUSTdefend the autocracyand prevent aparliamentarydemocracy from comingto power but no oneseems to be listening.As you see it yourbiggest problem is* The peasants, they areignorant, backward andsuperstitious, theywon’t make goodworkers and soldiers tomake Russia great. Allthey want is a bit moreland and fewer taxes, itseems like they hatethe government. Whatwould you do to dealwith this problem if youwere in Nicholas II’sposition?What would you do? You are the Czar of Russia. You MUSTdefend the autocracyand prevent aparliamentarydemocracy from comingto power but no oneseems to be listening.As you see it yourbiggest problem is* The middle classes,you loath them, alwaysplotting to create theirbeloved Duma(parliament) and usingany chance to try tomodernise Russia. Can’tthey see that Russiadoesn’t needmodernising? Whatwould you do to dealwith this problem if youwere in Nicholas II’sposition?

Whatwould you do to dealwith this problem if youwere in Nicholas II’sposition?
