Dear Datuk,

I am a very concerned buyer of the Paramount View Condo. The project has been completed 6 months
ago and until now I have not been able to move in together with the rest of the 232 buyers.

The access road issue has become a real torture for the rest of us buyers. I am servicing a loan payment
of 700MYR a month. And this is only on interest! So far I have lost 4200MYR in loan interest alone. I
cannot afford to pay anymore money towards the loan interest alone. My tenancy agreement is about to
expire and I cant afford to pay for 2 places. To move into a new place will cost me another 3000MYR
(moving costs and deposit). That is alot of money for a single person like me. I am losing money by the
thousands.

Please see both sides of the story, its not fair that all of us buyers have to bear the brunt just because the
residents surrounding the area do not want us using the access roads.

1) Why didnt the council disapprove of the project at the proposal stages?
2) Why are the current residents of the surrounding houses given the right to block us from moving in?
And why are they given the right to do so NOW? Why not at the beginning stages.

As you very well know, buildings that are not occupied for a long time can deteriorate in time. Will the
council bear the cost of the building maintenance?

Please do not take this email as me being angry.....I am very disappointed that the council has decided to
only see one side of the story. If the taps to my bathroom in my new condo is full of rust, will the council
repair it? If the walls outside my condo unit grows mold, will the council repaint it? If the wiring in my unit
grows faulty, will the council what will the council do? Please do not make us fall victims to this unfair
game.

It would be really good to know what is MBPJ doing about our predicament. So far I do not see much
comments coming in from the council. We all have to wait until 27th October only to find out the next
course of action? What if the court fixes another date for next year? Will we have to wait until then?

This is a real costly affair. Please help us achieve a mutual understanding regarding this issue. We all
need to move on and rebuild what we have lost in time and money.
