New sign policies proposed for Broadway


Your input is requested on the citys initial draft of a new sign policy for the Broadway corridor. The Historic Broadway Sign District will: allow a variety of sign types that will contribute to the historic nature of the Broadway district allow for the recreation and restoration of historic signs encourage the use of neon improve pedestrian way-finding reduce blight and help achieve revitalization goals encourage the restoration and rehabilitation of historic buildings provide revenue-generating opportunities for buildings that have undergone rehabilitation Your feedback is an important part of the process.
