Also Craig was CEO when I talked to him and Brian, that's why I said I had been misled in fact the conversation included the topic of a reduction of Brians salary which I said was unfair. Previous levels are not applicable because it was an old pals act and the salary was not justified. I don't agree with the decision. This is about as daft as not increasing season tickets and not halving the managers salary, when is the CEO going to do that? We were not trying to compare it with you because it was a different situation altogether. We looked at previous CEO s and we are considerably down on these figures and there is to be no bonus structure as there was previously. In addition I think you would agree that a CEO should be the highest paid and certainly above the FD whose salary and bonus were fixed I think by yourself. Charles it is important that we have a stable situation here just now and we cannot afford to be out there looking for another CEO at this time. He has the title and I really want him to succeed but he has to earn it not be given it .
