Lime Custard Cake Ta Da
Using the 2.1 casserole base and lidOr the3.0 litre casserole base and lid
For large cakes double the mixture and cook in the Dutch oven or 34cm Bakingdish and lid 
Adapted and enhanced for Bessemer from a recipe by Valda Phillips from the CWA TasIngredients2 x cups flour2 x cups white sugarPinch of salt½ teaspoon vanilla essence4 teaspoons custard powder4 large beaten eggs1 cup made up of the juice of 2 x limes and waterZest of a lime250 g butter melted butterMethod
Sieve flour and custard into a bowl. Add sugar, salt, eggs, vanilla essence andlime water and zest. Stir gently to combine.
Add melted butter
