You describe yoursel as a liecoach, an international businesscoach, a mind nutritionist andthe man inspiring millions, which one are you?
I have been called many thingsbecause in all cases, I am working with people, and when you helppeople achieve a higher resourceulstate, the results are seen indierent aspects o their lives.
What is a mind nutritionist?
You nourish your body with oodand your car with gas, yet in many instances, people orget to nourishtheir minds. The reason I call itmind nutrition is because that’sexactly what’s needed, nourishmentto turn an ordinary mind in to what Icall a winning mind.
How do you defne a winningmind then?
A winning mind is being able totackle lie in the best way possibleevery day. Winning is a stateo being. It is how you eel, thebelies you hold about yoursel andhaving complete control o yourstate o mind. Winning is courage,leadership within, attitude, givinglie a go and choosing the otherside o the coin. A winning mindis not a destination; it is a daily journey o improvement.
So would you say you’re aglass hal-empty or glass hal-ull kind o bloke?
I am the kind o bloke who will takea jug, fll the glass and say, now it’s ull.
What brings you to Dubai?
Dubai could be a great platorm or what I envisage to do around the world. Currently I am looking at theGul because I see an immensegap. By gap, I am reerring to theraw potential in people here that is yet to be realised. I see a need ortalent, energy and minds that can beenhanced into winning minds.
You also say your vision is oneo giving back to the world. What are you giving back and i you had to put a monetary valueon it what would it be worth?

What is your book all about?
The book is called
Winning The Game Of Life
and it is my way o expressing the dierence betweenthose succeeding in their chosenfeld and those who are simply existing. In the book I reer to whatI call ‘secret weapons’ that peopleneed to be aware o, and apply andmaster in order to win their gamein lie. I have written the book it ina very casual manner as I wantedanyone to be able to pick up thebook and get the eeling that I amchatting with them over a latte.
You talk about having a dierentinsight into people based on your heritage. Discuss.
I’m o Middle Eastern origin but I was born in England and raised inthe West. People I speak to usually connect with me because o this X-actor. People constantly commentthat they instantly eel a connection with me and then they do somethingsignifcant; they listen. I have beenortunate to have been subjected todierent cultures, amilies, traditionsand paradigms, which has givenme an enhanced perspective o people rom the diverse world welive in.
You use a lot o quotes rom various historical fgures within your book to defnechapters. What is the mostimpressionable quote to you?
I personally have around 200 quoteso my own which I have been toldI should turn into an inspirationalgit book. Robert Schuller makesan incredibly powerul observation when he says, “What would youattempt to do i you knew you wouldnot ail?” It’s incredibly powerul.
Which game is lie most like:Monopoly, Connect Four orTravel Scrabble?
Lie is like Scrabble. It is flled withopportunities and possibilities. Youhave to simply nourish your mind inorder to be able to best utilise theresources around you.
In your book you mentionthere are many going throughthe game o lie without ully understanding how to play it. What are the rules?
Most people don’t really understand that lie is a game andlike any game, there are rules and ways o playing in order to win.
Are there any ways to cheat?
When I used to play video games,some riends used cheat sheetsto fgure out special moves that would give their characters greaterpowers and extended lives. In reallie, the cheat sheets equate tosmarter shortcuts or understandinghow lie really works or those witha winning mind.
Is it difcult to gain credibility in the mind nutrition industry?
I have been blessed in thatI have a star-studded list o industry giants who supportmy work, including the 25thrichest billionaire in AmericaBill Bartmann and personaldevelopment guru Brian Tracy. Isent them all a copy o my bookto enjoy, and I am very grateulthat they obviously believe my message stands out and must beheard by millions.
What do you think is your mosteective metaphor or lie?
I always talk about a coin havingtwo sides to it. Every situationand stumbling block in liealso undoubtedly presents anopportunity. In act the Japanesehave a symbol that representscrisis, which is the same symbolthat represents opportunity. I youare in a position o crisis, step backand ask yoursel, how can I beneftrom this situation and what can Ido to win?
You conduct one-on-onecoaching and public speakingsessions, what does this entail?
Having come rom the school o hard knocks, my experience asa coach and speaker has really stemmed rom years o trial anderror. Each individual is at adierent stage in lie, with dierentneeds, values, skills and so orth.My aim to take any individual thatI coach – and I only select a ew every year or my one-on-ones –rom the point they are in lie andenrich them to where they wantto be.

I have a bachelor o healthsciences degree.
