Project in Molecular Biology at Edubiotech, BangaloreName: Techniques in Molecular Biology.Duration: 18 October 2003 – 6 November 2003Team Size: 9
The project included learning the techniques used in molecular biology like isolation of DNA from sources of cauliflower and liver, isolation of RNA from cauliflower, isolation of protein from spleen, use of restriction endo nucleases, use of ligases, and study of palindrome sequences. Role: As a trainee I learnt all the techniques and repeated the procedure for morepractice.
