Distant Healing: Loving through the Distance
On many occasions, we find ourselves inneed to reach out and help someone we love.Even when it is not possible to be present tocompassionately support someone; we, asmulti-dimensional beings, can accomplish asimilar effect by sending Distant VibrationalHealing.Healing energy is a vital force of the originalenergy of the creation. This miraculous energyis in everything and is everywhere. Itpermeates every single inch of the manifestedUniverse as we perceive it.Our body is comprised of energy fieldsvibrating at different speeds and frequencies.They can be understood as our physical body,our thoughts, emotions, and our spiritual core:all vibrate at a particular rate or speed.These varying vibrations or pulsationscreate a field around them which are oftenreferred to as our aura or energy field.The aura is an information center and avastly perceptual structure that conveys andreceives messages from the external andinternal environment. This is also true of the Kienergy.The access of this energy, “Chi” or “Ki”, isoffered to all, because the baseline is pure love,and love is ALL THAT IS. There are many ways toreach this energy and different schools of healing teach different techniques. They are allvalid ways.Nevertheless, to attain and send distanthealing in a clear and simple way, all you willneed is to be genuinely aware of be fourelements:

A clear and acute set of intention
•
 
A pure heart
•
 
A loving attitude.To accomplish the perfect state where youcan send healing energy to someone else at adistance, you have to first center and groundyourself; breathing in and out a few times, andconsciously being aware of the energy getting inand air going out of your body. Concentrateand imagine the divine energy of plenty andgrace to permeate your entire body. Now youare becoming, by the power of your intention, aclear conduit of this eternal energy and lovethat comes fluently from the One Divine source.
Never lose the perspective that you are just the vehicle in which this energy is workingthrough: the healing is coming directly from theDivine Healer.
Give attention to the liveliness of the lovethat is coming through you and gently try todirect this energy, first to your heart center,expanding out from there, and then, direct thesame vibrational waves towards your hands.While you do this exercise, envision peacereaching all beings, happiness, wholeness,healing, because all of this is possible if yousend forward all this pure love energy. , because wecannot change what is done, but you canforesee and project beautiful circumstances forthe future, the fulfillment of what is lacking inother’s lives, creative and miraculous eventsand solutions, and the infinite possibilities thatcan spur from the Divine mind of God.Connect with your higher self and send adetermined prayer towards all of those that aresuffering, lost feeling abandoned, and hurting.Ask with your heart for the Higher Spirit of Godto take over their lives, restoring hope, wellnessand blessings in many ways. You can imaginethis as a shower of abundance of blessings.With your mind’s eyes, hold the ones youare intending to send the healing to and letyour energy of love pulsate into their heartsalong with the tender beat of your own heart.

There are ways to send healing energy to the past, but onlyif you are willingly intending to heal a situation, especially withthe main purpose of forgiveness.
