MATH097 Assessment Retake Procedure
Students,Per course policy, you must earn at least 90% in each chapter assessment to have thechance to pass MATH097. You will have two (2) attempts to earn this minimum score. If you do not earn at least 90% in a chapter assessment after two attempts, then you mustdo the following steps to gain two (2) additional attempts to try earning this minimumscore:
1.
Do the Chapter Review at Interact Math web site that corresponds to the chapter assessment that you did not earn at least 90%. Email your instructor ascreenshot of the results of the Chapter Review as proof of meeting therequirement for additional attempts. Please see instructions below on how toaccess Interact Math web site.
2.
Contact the instructor to schedule a remediation session if you do not earn atleast 90% with the additional attempts granted by the instructor in step 1. Duringthe remediation session, you and the instructor will discuss those problems yougot incorrect in the chapter assessment. The instructor will schedule theremediation session to take place by phone, e-mail, online whiteboard, and/or chat room. After the remediation session, the instructor will grant you additionalattempts.3.If you still did not earn at least 90% in the chapter assessments with theadditional attempts, contact your instructor for additional remediation sessions.

Go to Interact Math web site athttp://www.interactmath.com.You will see the following screen.Click the ENTER button.

Click the drop down menu to select the course textbook. MATH097 coursetextbook is “Martin-Gay: Prealgebra 5e.” Click SUBMIT button.
