marketingthatsystemtoHill-Rom'scustomers.Hill-Romseeksdamagesandinjunctiverelief

products,andHRCsellsanddistributesHill-Romproducts.3.Hill-Romhasbeenaleadingworldwidemanufacturerandprovider

medical
technologiesand
related
servicesforthe
health
careindustryforover80
years.Hill-Rom
was
one
of
theearliestinnovatorsinthefield
of
handhygienemonitoringforhospitalsandcare
facilities,andhasmaintainedarobustintellectualpropertyportfoliocoveringthattechnologyfor
thepastdecade.

informationandbelief,GEHealthcare( GEH )isanoperatingdivisionof
GE.GEisaNewYorkcorporationwithitsprincipalplaceofbusinessat3135EastonTurnpike,
Fairfield,Connecticut,06828.GEenteredthereal-timelocatingsystem( RTLS )marketby
acquiringAgilityHealthcareSolutions,
a
developer
ofthe
underlying
RTLS-basedtechnology
fortheinfringingsystemsthatarethesubjectofthisComplaint.Uponinformationandbelief,
GEmaintainsitsRTLSoperations,includingitshandhygieneoperationsrelevanthere,at4701
CoxRoad,Suite300,GlenAllen,Virginia,23059.
