St. N in a 1920s house next to Limeys)What You Get:
1.
10’ x10’ booth space: $60 or 8’ x 5’ table space: $40 (allspaces are outside, in the mostly shaded parking lot & courtyard)
 2.
Benefits of advertising campaign and local promotionsprior to the show. An ad for the event will run in a large localmonthly publication. Press releases will be submitted to lots of local publications.
 
 The event will be added to several communitycalendars. LARGE road side signs will be posted the day of theshow.
 3.
Full color glossy flyers to use to advertise the event to yourfriends, relatives, customers, and distribute throughout thecommunity. We will also provide a PDF of the flyer so you canprint additional copies. Several local businesses will assist indistributing the flyers to their customers as well.
 
4.Your name, website, and image of your work featured onthe Handmade Holiday Bazaar blog (the blog url is incorporatedinto all show marketing and advertising). Please promote onyour blogs and to your email lists as well!5.A light breakfast the morning of the show.
6.
A discounted lunch from Limey’s (more details will be inyour vendor packet).
 
7.Opportunity to promote your shop in the goodie bags to begiven free to the first 25 attendees (ex: punk pins, magnets,bookmarks, business cards etc.)
What are the rules?
 1.
 You have to supply your own tent, table, chairs, displayetc. There’s no electricity available.
 2.
 You can start setting up at 8:30 AM. If you need to bring avehicle into the vendor area, please just unload it and move it toan available spot around Crescent
 
Lake park just down thestreet before you start setting up your tent/table/display.
 
Everyone should be ready to sell by 10 AM, and not break downprior to 4PM.
3.
No food items will be accepted.
 4.
Vendors are responsible for collection of any and allapplicable sales taxes.
 
5.The event will be held rain or shine, there will be norefunds.

I understand the benefit of thisprogram/event and I agree to obey all instructions, orders, andcommands given me by the officials in charge of the program/event. Iacknowledge the risks of participation in this program/event and I maybe subject to physical injury or property damage, whether caused byan intentional or unintentional act or omission.
