Dazzling Diamonds or confetti if you choose.Step OneUsing the Circle Cutter, you are going to cut two circles from yourchosen cardstock. Set the blade at 2-
1/4” or the 8
th
line from the center.I used a scrap piece and Dotto to hold it in place.Step TwoFrom one of the circles cut, you are going to create the band to go around your treat cup. I did this by punchingthe center out using the 1-
3/4” punch.
Next photos will show you how I did this.I created a mask by punching out kraft circle. Using Dotto, I centered it inmy circle.

Do notsell this as your tutorial please. Do not enter into any contests as your design either. I have already submitted toa few magazines. Thank you. With a bit of maneuvering, I centered this in my punch and cut it out.Step ThreeOn the outside of the treat cup, lightly sand the rim. Put a light line of Crystal Effects down and lay your band down. This does not have to be perfect because your branches will be adhered tothis.Step FourPunch out 10 snowflakes using your cardstock choice. Cut them in half
 –
refer to the picture to see how this is done.Step FivePlace a circle of Crystal Effects around your treat cup. Now you are goingto lay your branches down. I started at North, South, East and West. Thenext layer is Northeast, Southeast, Southwest and Northwest. Continuedoing this until all of your branches have been put down. Use a little moreCrystal Effects if needed. I wait 5 minutes for some drying time and then
play with the branches to “fluff” them up. Set aside and let dry completely.
