Your email below requests copies of the Notices of Violations for the last
four months. There has been only one Notice of Violation in the last four
months - the one that was issued last Friday, August 17 for issues related
to Lennar's Dust Control. I have attached that Notice to this email.
You also request information about exceedances. I assume you are referring
to the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD) protocols for air
monitoring for airborne asbestos because of the naturally occurring
asbestos that exists in the serpentine rock. I have attached a copy of the
latest spreadsheet that summarizes the results through August 19, 2007 of
the asbestos data for all of the BAAQMD approved locations and for all the
additional community monitoring locations.
Please read the important
footnotes at the bottom of the spreadsheet that explain some details of the
community monitoring locations.

the formal DPH public records request process. That procedure is explained
