CMA Completes Meretec Acquisition
Metal recycling group CMA Corporation Limited (ASX: CMV) is pleased to announce that thepurchase of the assets of UK-based Meretec Limited is being completed today.On 25 July 2008 CMA Corporation announced it had signed an agreement to purchase theassets of UK-based Meretec Limited and of its US-based subsidiary Meretec Corporation.CMA has today issued 37,500,000 fully paid ordinary shares in CMA to Meretec Limited, asconsideration for the acquisition. These shares will be subject to a maximum 12 month voluntaryescrow, terminating on 13 August 2009. An Appendix 3B accompanies this announcement.-ends-
