In early 2006, I was considering the plight of my fellow Americans who were starting to suffer at the hands of Big Oil, and their good buddies in OPEC. The more I studied the situation, the more I realized we are in the middle of a national security crisis caused primarily by dual loyalty American business executives, bankers, and their foreign counterparts. I also realized we are in an economic war!
I knew it was time for us Americans to strike back, and reclaim our country from the clutches of oil company executives with their dual loyalties. Furthermore, I knew it was time we reclaimed our country from the tyranny of the effete members of the House of Saud, and the other leaders of Big International Oil and Gas, that is to say, the illegal cartel known as OPEC. We needed a "Plan." This little book contains the plan I have developed. The plan is my solution to the national security crisis and energy crisis and economic war we are currently experiencing.
The plan is my gift to the American people. I write it in memory of General Dwight David Eisenhower, who also became one of our best presidents. I own no stock in any company or corporation involved in energy, nor do I have any interest of any kind in any fuel producing company involving my plan.
As to the writing of this little book, I wrote it in a rather informal style, hoping that it would not be too complicated, and that people from all levels of education and life would be able to read and enjoy it.
It is a simple little primer, and I hope it makes you aware of the enormous potential of my solution to our vehicular fuel problems. I would like think of this little book more like a personal letter from me to you. Here is the plan.

There are over 47,000 miles of the Interstate Highway System available for the planting of beets, corn, sorghum, soybeans, switchgrass, and other biomass ethanol producing plants.

There are over 157,000 miles of Electric Grid lands available for the same planting of fuel producing biomass.

Give these lands to our farmers and others wanting to plant them for fuel production. Give them the lands free of charge, but under the control of the public service commissions of the states and territories.

Sell the biomass to local fuel processors, sell the fuel to local users, and churn all money involved back into the local economies. This plan will generate hundreds of thousands of jobs over the next decade. Afterwards, we will be running our cars and trucks on hydrogen and electricity. In all cases, we will free ourselves from OPEC and BigOil.
