I HAVE A FEW PROBLEMS WITH MAGIC JACK...I CANT HERE SOMEONE WHEN THEY CALL ME AND I KNOW THEY CANT HEAR ME.IT DID WORK FINE AT ONE TIME....CAN ANYONE GIVE ME ANY WORKS OF ADVICE. LAURA

When buying the Magic Jack, I got magically jacked! We bought a Magic Jack for our daughter who lives overseas. We thought this would save us some money. Within on month the unit broke. Since then we have contacted the distributor, and the Magic Jack help line. Each putting the onus on the other. When I asked the MJ helpline for the exec offices, they told me they didn't know the contact information. I was floored. They said if I bought it directly through them, they would have replaced it, but now it is up to the ditributor and they are not responsible for his actions. So buyer beware of the Magic Jack!

Magic Jack works great, my only complaint is I wish they would make a laptop friendly version....Using it as a business line on a laptop that gets moved alot and the usb finally gave way and snapped.....oops, totally my fault, but Just ran to walmart and purchased another, Magic Jack Chat was great in helping me get the new one set up under my old number...(if this happens to you DON'T register the new one!) happy again and saving me hundreds a year!

I had problems with it -- BUT I FOUND THE FIX!! It has to do with the MTU in your registery! Here you go...and if you are just looking to make your internet on your computer faster -- BOOM, does the trick on the same --On WOW I was getting like mad laggage of 3,000 ms delayage! Setting up Magic Jack was a piece of cake. Seems to work well, but have a new problem............Now I can't get any sound on my laptop. Checked the sound set up and all speakers seem to be on, and working, just not producing any actual output. Need help. This is my daughter's computer, and she wants to get rid of Magic Jack. Help, please.

I think MJ is a great product...we Love ours...it has worked great from the first day we installed it about 2 months ago...dont understand all the problems people say they are having with it

I'm not a whiner, but MagicJack is a bad product. It doesn't work, and their internet support is ridiculous. I've spent weeks trying to get this piece of junk to work. It's the worst product I've ever bought!
