Twos

Tired of them saying “mine” or
Refusing to take an order?
Don't worry anymore for there's a
Cure for this two­year old disorder.
5 It is a two­step process
Which requires equilibrium.
In stage one the child must
Be spun round like a plum.
Cradled in your arms, spin them
10 Up and down until dizzy.
Convince them they're on a roller coaster ride,
Whilst the sobriety of their mind's busy.
Stage two begins by laying them on a
Couch, rubbing their hair until frizzy.
15 Then, quickly tickle feet and ribs
And such to arouse laughter.
Wait, this is only a treatment;
They'll still be two after.
