he David Dodds Henry Lectures in Higher Education are endowed bygifts to the University of Illinois Foundation in recognition of Dr. Henry’scontributions to the administration of higher education, including hiscareer as president of the University of Illinois from 1955 until 1971. Thelectures are intended to focus upon the study of the organization, structure,or administration of higher education, as well as its practice. The selectionof lecturers is the responsibility of the chancellors of the three campuses of the University. Presentation of the lectures is alternated among the Chicago,Springeld, and Urbana-Champaign campuses.
