Have you established clear measurableobjectives for your social mediaprogramme?
Have you identified and understood themeasurement and tracking tools you willuse to monitor these objectives?
Have you established a clear reportstructure and process against theseobjectives?
2.0Listening
Have you created a list of search termsthat identify the conversations that aremost relevant to you?
Have you identified opinion leaders inthe online conversations that are relevantto you?
Have you put the appropriate monitoringtools in place to follow theseconversations?
3.0Responding
Have you integrated social mediapractices into your Crisis & IssuesPlanning? (Crisis Blogs and Paid Searchcan help with rapid responseprogrammes)
Have you created clear and realisticpolicies and processes for responding?
Have you identified/created platforms for your responses?

Hi, This is really great. A close friend of mine is having major turmoil inside of her non-profit from too many social media cooks trying to stir the soup. Glancing at your checklist, I can identify where her problems are immediately. Very insightful!
