In-house Project No. 2, `Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) of Hydropower Projects in the Himalayan region (PI: Dr. J.C. Kuniyal) 2. Research Associate (01 No) Ph.D. in Atmospheric Chemistry/ Atmospheric Physics or Ph. D. submitted in the relevant field. Preference will be given to the candidates having experience in gaseous pollution, ambient air quality, or air quality modeling. ISRO funded project entitled, Gaseous air pollution in the background site of sprawling urban environment of Himachal Pradesh under Environmental Observatory ISRO-GBP/ AT- CTM programme. (PI: Dr. J.C. Kuniyal) 3. Field Assistant (01 No) Graduate from the recognized Universities. Preference will be given to the candidates having experience of field surveys, data collection, handling field equipments and computer. In-house Project No-4; Ecological, Social and Policy Implications of Changing Water Resources Scenario in Indian Himalayan Context. (Co-PI: Er. Vaibhav E. Gosavi)
Age Limit: Senior Research Fellow (SRF) 32 years, Junior Research Fellow (JRF) 28 years; Research Associate (RA): 35 years; Field Assistant (FA) 35 years; relaxation for SC/ST/Women/PH and OBC as per Govt. norms.
Emoluments: For SRF, Rs. 14,000 + 10% H.R.A.; JRF, Rs. 12,000 + 10% H.R.A; JRF NET qualified Rs. 16,000 + 10% H.R.A, RA 22000 + 10% H.R.A and FA Rs. 8,000/- (fixed) per month.
